		<description><![CDATA[Actually, I see another aspect of this 4th wave - oversea Chinese returns. there are huge amount of Chinese students and scholars having gone to the western countries since as early as the beginning of 1980s. Some of them after grudated in some western univerisites joined some US or Europe company. and some of them also went up along career ladder. They are now in 40s and 50s, starting to return to China for better business and career opportunities.]]></description>
